Approximately 2 months ago eMazing Gaming lost their Counter-Strike team to the Canadian organization Evil Geniuses. They are currently in Moscow, Russia playing the group stage matches of KODE5 2007 Global Finals.
Evil Geniuses have been surprisingly good hitherto with no losses yet. The game between Evil Geniuses and fnatic was quite a discussed match - especially when the top favourites of this event, fnatic, floped and is now skating on thin ice.
fnatic's way through the group stage:
vs.
Virtus.Pro - de_nuke, 15-15
vs.
Damage Control - de_nuke, 26-4
vs.
Evil Geniuses - de_inferno, 10-16
vs.
Dignitas - de_train, 16-8
Evil Geniuses way through the group stage:
vs.
Damage Control - de_dust2, 19-11
vs.
Dignitas - de_inferno, 20-10
vs.
fnatic - de_inferno, 16-10
vs.
Virtus.Pro - 0-0
As stated earlier, Group A was expected to be an interesting group, however, it's not over yet. The Swedes still have one chance left to make it to the final tournament, if Virtus.Pro loses their last match against Evil Geniuses, then a rematch will take place between fnatic and Virtus.Pro.
