Last year, the WarCraft 3 tournament at Samsung Euro Championship was won by HoT followed by ToD and Grubby. The story can repeat itself in 2008, as all three players will be attending this prestigious event again.

This year however, will see a handful of new faces in attendance, including XlorD, SaSe and several others. This Samsung European Championship will be held in Hannover in the beginning of March.

After SEC released their invitations for WC3 they have now released the CounterStrike 1.6 list. 16 countries will send one team each to represent their country. SK Gaming who won last year, will not be at the event as fnatic won the Swedish WCG-qualifier last year, and will be representing Sweden this time round.
