MYM and MIStrZZZ go separate ways

Earlier this afternoon our StarCraft Supervisor Germany The1Crow reported already about the following issue:

He is the current MYM KOTH powered by GIGA 2: LRM)MIStrZZZ! He is standing on the Hill since five weeks now, and showed some great performances. But lately, a couple of replays of him showed some actions that were considered as hack by some parts of the community - the man from Poland is accused of maphack.

First we decided - maybe too fast - not to ban him from the Hill but give him a chance to show that he doesn't hack with recording FPVODs. For now, after a further discussion with the MYM KOTH Admin, MIStrZZZ steps down from his throne as MYM's KOTH until he is able to be proven not guilty. We make this decision not only because of the following people saying "he hacks" but in order to keep this situation calm. We have reviewed the replays and might have seen many "suspicious actions" but is that really enough proof to show that he hacks? We will keep reviewing his replays, and be in very close contact with WGTour's Cheater Section team on this. MeetYourMakers and MIStrZZZ will go separate ways. This weeke ToT)Hullah( will fight again in the MYM KOTH powered by GIGA 2 against a new opponent.

Further we had the chance to receive a comment from the dedicated TeamLiquid.net Admin Germany Carnac about this issue:

"The times of 100% hack proofs have been over for a while now, ever since maphackers can't click on anything they should not be able to see you cannot prove their guilt with BWChart anymore. Not to mention that "smart maphckers" only turn on the hack for a few seconds so that they don't appear all knowing about what is going on in the game. So unless they confess (and they never do) or you catch them using maphack while you're standing directly behind them you will never have 100% proof.

The sheer amount of extremely suspicious action in MIstrZZZ's play that we have witnessed in his replays lately is simply as close as we can ever get to prove someone is hacking nowadays. When the first replays of MIstrZZZ supposedly hacking (vs TT1 and Shaman) were spread I already had my doubts about him being legit, but I wasn't fully convinced myself, but with the latest replay of MIstrZZZ vs Hullah I am now certain that he hacks beyond any reasonable doubt. Yes, players sometimes get lucky, so do I, but not that lucky.
The "proof" or whatever you may want to call it nowadays is certainly good enough for me to ban him from all leagues, tournaments and acitivies whatsoever. And personally if I was a really good player I would simply refuse to play vs. MIstrZZZ, because it may be the only way he will learn."

Like anyone cares what you "guess". The fact is - even a lot of Polish players think that you hack and are bad mannered to the bone, that says enough, because they are very "loyal" towards their players. Our Mecca is called Wacken.

u can use hack with pp but with replay saved under pp u have 100% proof with watching rep in first person o.o

the lack of an anti hack program is tearing the community apart... blizzard should reconsider its policy concerning 3rd party programs, because stuff like this happening at a high level are embarrassing so say the least... I'll be nicer when you're smarter.
