Ok. To #395, comparing this tournament to the World Cyber Games is laughable. A tournament for some mice, mouse pads, and lounge access is nothing compared to a tournament for thousands of dollars. I'm sure that if this tournament gave $40,000 to the winner, everyone would have been absolutely positive they had enough time. Also, when you fly half way around the world to go to a LAN finals, odds are your prior engagement would understand. Next, to everyone posting that was not in the game (meaning everyone besides myself, STFU members, and tPD members), why? You don't know both sides of the story. I could write posts on here all day saying what happened, but it wouldn't make a difference. You all have it in your minds that either one side or the either was BM, uncompromising, etc. and I wouldn't be able to change your minds. So just stop. We all know that this tournament came to a shitty finale. We are all unsatisfied with the results. But, whining, bitching, and flaming on the forums about something that you know very little about, makes no sense. STFU and tPD could take it to PM's (which would be my recommendation since this is all getting a little out of hand) and end this all now. If they do, I hope that you guys have the respect and consideration to stop with this nonsense.

usually it's not very nice that STFU cannot play th e final, but default date is default date. They shouldn't be blamed. Join #Life please

we can play at midnight, and at most times.... i dont see why it's so hard to reschedule.. i heard your reasoning, but finals dont take 100% of your time.. and even if zoxor can only play at midnight .. that's fine(al though i know he plays at a lot of times considerin i've played with him many times in IHL) .. we all want a good tourney ending, and i'm done with argueing over stupid issues Last edited by imported_mikejones at 19.06.2006, 22:04

in your suggestions you compare plz game vs tdp with your game, and say that it was totaly different games at the same time, so 50% of your talking is about nothing in my suggestion i dont compare anything with plz games, i just compare your and tpd chances for win first we must see, imbas discussion based on one fact, wich he beleve without a doubt but it's wrong no idea imba continue talking about they owned tpd very hard, while facts already showed they didn't erase the score from the screen and what will you see? same gold and same lvls. tell me how score can help you to win? easy question now: what happen to sm1 who think he own, while he is not? he FLOP, flop hard yes it is hard to belive that guys who got 0-10 became equal to you, but you cant evade from the fact! yesterday imba told me that tpd are total noobs, they was outleveled, that they didnt ever come to creeps for farm and that it was 100% win by stfu, and i aslo said gj for him how was i surprised then today's morning i saw the replay! yes, tpd died many times, stfu made much nice gang!, but NO, too much gang too much time wasted on it, while tpd simple farm stfu got gold/exp from frags, tpd from creeps... last 10 minutes of game all stfu's advantage dissapeared, the turning-point of game was already passed. scourge stared to kill, and farm more the tendence of game showed scourge became stronger and stronger while mass agressive spels advantage decreased no need to be an insane gosu to see, sent will not get fast win, and rapiered dusa was just the question of time finaly, the fact that imba try to abuse me instead of saying smth fact based to protect his point of view looks ridicious it's more if remember our yesterday's talking with him, where he knew the true reasons of plz fault but now tryed to flame plz team at least me and imba both, know that he started deliberate lie i know imba like to exaggerate facts, but this annoying lies make he fall in my eyes Last edited by SAY_PRO_PLZ at 19.06.2006, 22:09

I would like to add, to the doubters of mike/jolly having to go, please do not forget they are two very young individuals. I know recently mike had his parents pull the plug on him for being on the computer too late and that we are careful with scheduling to make sure these guys can play the whole time. I had just gotten back from Europe and was not informed of the time urgency until it was too late. This of course is no excuse on my part, I should have asked if they had the time for the match and reported it right away. I'm (and I hope all of the dota-community is) glad to see that STFU and TPD has come to terms with each other, it took some time but GJ :) and I'm also sure that no one here knows the true victor. I'm also glad to be back in my old shoes (the fat controllers). I really hope this tournament doesn't stand in the way of another mYm-tour.
