#201: It is a big deal. This is a group stage, people win on points, its about sportsmanship. They ruin the group, the tournament. Every other game people have the decency to finish what they committed to, not back out only when they don't stand a chance of winning. Like a bunch of pubby leavers. Imagine a world cup where teams just quit if they had no chance to advance.

Well, in a worldcup you will se teams playing with their worst lineup and with no spirit whatsoever to win. I hounestly dont know if its better. If you go play 1-1 against a "pro team" in the beginning, there is a big chance that any team that playes against them after they cant qualify gets a 2-0 win without any problems, just becouse they just have no attitude for winning. If you think that would make more sense, or be more fair sure, I dont. I hounestly think there is no point forcing teams to play games when the tournament is over for them, however. I do think that teams that just leave like this / not putting up any shows. Should be none-seeded teams next tour. Which means, if you dont complete a tour you'll loose your seeding. And if this makes the team see the remaining games as "good practice" or something that would be pretty good. But just for the tour. Nothing else. Anyone who got 2-0 on somoene who afterwards left shouldnt be sure that other etams wouldnt have gotten the same result. It could also lead to matches of high lvl teams facing each other in the earlier rounds (where there is no real disadvantage for the non-seeded team) and if popular teams drop out early it makes the tournament less attractive overall

#207 The qualifiers for their group will still be the same whether papi played their remaining games or not. Not to mention that papi is not the only team who FF'ed matches in their group. FF'ed matches should not be counted because it's so easy for two teams to manipulate the scoring system to their advantage.

if there had to be a team who would suffer the most due to a team ff, one of them would have to be team papi itself. imagine they had to play HIRA and to exert effort to defeat them, after HIRA ff all other teams in their bracket gets the same 2:0 result. this is considering that HIRA can more or less beat those other teams hence greatly affecting the scores.

#211: thanks for making my point, imagine the team that actually worked hard to spank papi nicely earnt nothing even if in papi's case they didn't stand a chance in hell to win, if they want the experience of playing international games why leave early? moreover sets a bad precedent for groups where the last games DO count for some tied teams but not others you can be nice and say, oh they can't progress, let them go, but its not elimination so its not that simple to be so lenient to them because it affects other teams no, you can't force them to stay but there should be some penalty, whether warning or loss of seeded position

The replay wasnt uploaded since it was 5 mins in (2-0 score for papi) when we first saved it. If we really didnt wanna play them, we wouldnt have stayed up till 4 am waiting for them to show, when it was suppost to be played at 1 am. Ur a moron. Ur fav team loses = lag or excuse. This is the 10th time this happens with all those azn teams
