myMYM.com sits down with nWo-Ghost with a short interview about his career and the game. The 17-year-old Ukranian Orc has recently became one of the hot topics with a winning spree in the WC3L after unexpectedly defeating WE.Infi and aTTaX.SaSe.

Hello, you just finished the match between you and Sase. How are you feeling after this match?

I feel like a strange guy. I don't know how a person who was in night clubs 3 days in a row before the clan war can win. I am always worried about all our (nWo) matches and I am really happy when we show cool games and realy glad when we win.

Some people say that you are unmannered. In the 1st game against SaSe he said that you should try to win with skills and not words. It's not the first time, where someone accouse you of being bad mannered. Are you trying to be a very controversial player?

I never try to be controversial. I don't need that. I am very glad when someone believes in me, but I never care if someone thinks I am a noob, unmannered etc. Everyone can think what they want.

Yes, I sometimes seem unmannered because of my internet and observers lagging in important moments (like in game vs infi), really enraged me. I am hot-temper guy and sometimes i realy do and speak like the biggest unmannered person in the world, but I am trying not to.

First game against Sase was very interesting. You kept pushing all the time. In game you wrote: "And you were in China?" or something right that. What was your point?

That was suppose to be a joke, because borrow rush is a very funny tactic and I did it vs Sase, a guy who lived in China for a long time. It was really funny. I didn't try to flame him and was strange when Sase thought I was trying flame him etc.

That burrow rush allowed you to slow down Sase. Did you want to do that or it was just spontanic? From where did you take that strategy?

Haha, thats a very long story. 3 years ago I did it in ladder, orc vs orc. My friend asked me do it and I did. We played in an internet cafe that time. After this game, sometimes I'd play that strategy but if the elf did all right, he would defend it with no problems.

Now, I sometimes use it on some maps vs some tactics and if my opponent wondered, I would have a good chance to get a fast win and if not then I know what I will do in the middle of the game.

Around one week ago you won against Infi in a WC3L match against WE. Did you do anything to improve your skills before WC3L started?

Thats a very hard question. I just worry about our team's result and always try show my best. Can't say more because I really don't know. I am playing like always. Maybe my time just came?

Or perhaps it's just because I practiced vs a highly-skilled opponent last time.

I'm asking about hacks, because some people think that someone from nWo used a maphack in game. Obviously, people are trying to get answers.

I do not need to explain to someone something about what THEY think. I just like to read such comments on the web. I answer just one thing: IF SOMEONE CAN SHOW OR EXPLAIN SOMETHING WHAT HE IS WRITING ABOUT HACKS. HE CAN SEND ALL THAT TO ADMINS (WC3l/NGL) AND BAN ME ON ALL LEAGUES.

So let's move on to your personal history. When did your career start? And why did you choose nWo?

I started playing wc3 in 2004. In the same year I went to ukrainian wcg finals. That was the start of my career. I chose nWo because I speak the same language as the managers and players. All my teammates are also my friends.

Right now I'm not thinking about another team. Don't know what purpose I need in order leave nWo and join another team.

What plans does nWo have for this season? Will we see any additions?

I hope we will take place in the LAN finals. We have very good managers and players. They all have a lot of practice and now got much better. We will give everything we have and will try not to have problems against top teams.

Are you satisfied with the cooperation with nWo so far?

I get a normal amount of money for my job. Of course thats just only for Ukraine and anyway thats not enough to live on it. Im not talking about any other country where I won't have anything to live on that.

I don't know anything about bootcamps, but our team will go to the next ASUS to play the Team Tour.

Some time ago Wicked disbanded, do you think that it could happen to your team or you are just friends forever that wouldn't part ways?

I think if we will have problems with money, our players can wait when we get new sponsors, because we are friends.

What plans do you have now? Will you try to be a professional gamer who is living from playing games?

I don't know yet. I'll try to win all my wc3l/ngl matches, play some zotac's and take a slot on wcg grand final. Then we will see.

2 editions ago you won Zotac. In a final stage you faced PGS.Paladyn-. Was it hard to defeat all your opponents in a march for victory? Did you have any problems with the polish night elf? Who is your biggest problem now?

My biggest problem now is HoT. I never won against him on LAN. I always lose 1-2 to him and I need pwn him in WCG Ukraine. In zotac I don't have any problems with my opponents (paladyn worst matchup is vs orc) and I didn't lose any map.

HoT lost to FiX at the ESWC Qualifications. Why didn't we see you in the finals? Which place you take at this tournament?

I got in top4. After losing to HoT 1-2 when I could win 2-1/2-0, my spirit really went down and I lost to rg.tresh in the loser bracket (bo1).

Now you will have a chance to show Ukraine that you're the best. WCG Qualifications will be played soon. Will you prepare something special for it?

30-31 august will be Ukrainian WCG finals. We will see if I play standard strategies or will show some crazy tactics (I have a few things). Ye, I hope I will take a slot for WCG grandfinals. I was never in germany and will be cool for me to go there.

What tournaments/lans are now most important for you, Ghost? When will we be able to see you in action?

LAN: Thats is ofcourse WCG And I will play LKI (ukrainian solo league), but I'm not sure when the finals will be. Online: I will play all what I can.

Are you going to switch from WC3 to Starcraft II? Or maybe Diablo III? Are you waiting for any title, which is really important for you?

I think we will wait a very very long time for SCII. I don't think Diablo III will be an e-sport game and I won't play it competitively. Maybe just for fun, but I am not waiting for anything.
