1. Click Settings to set Warcraft TFT game path to your War3.exe.

2. First you have to enter a Warcraft 3 TFT Room and click the "Play Ladder" button to start the ladder. The Button looks like this:

Attention: You can't start a ladder match while you are observing a custom game or while you are the host of a custom game.

3. When you have clicked the button "Play Ladder", then the following window should appear:

The left side of this panel contains your account information, which shows you your wins/loses, experience and other interesting things. With one click on your picture (Sheep) you will be directed to the ladder page of your GG-Client account. You can change your Gateway to the one you want to play on. If you live in europe, then you should use the Europe Gateway, because then you are searching for games with a low latency. In the window "Map Options", you can choose the maps you want to play. Next to this window, you have a dropdown menu where you can choose your race.

The Ping Setting Window:

With this window, you can configure the ping you are willed to accept. There are four different categories:

• Fast
• Average
• Playable
• No Limit

It might be demandable that you have to change your setting when you do not find an opponent for you ladder match.

4. After this configuration you are able to press the "Start" button.

5. With the first configuration a new button appears. This is the "Quick Game" button, which you can use for searching a ladder game if you do not want to change your Game Setting. The button looks like the following:

Attention: Use this button only when you do not want to change your Game Settings, like maps, race or gateway!

6. When clicking the "Start" button a small radar will appear. This radar shows that you are searching for an opponent. The radar looks like this:

Attention: By clicking on the "Cancel" button you disturb your search.

7. When you have found an opponent, you will hear a sound and a new panel appears.

This panel will show you information like level and race of your opponent. The system decides who is going to host this match. The host is situated on the left side and the the player who joins the game is situated on the right side. The map on which the match will be played is also choosen by the system. When the countdown reaches zero the GG-Client will start your Warcraft 3.

This ladder system also contains a feature which is able to locate the map for you. If you want to select the map manually then press "NO" on the following window. If you want the system to select the map then press "YES".

8. When the program starts your Warcraft 3, you then click on "Local Area Network".

When you are the host you have a bit of time to create a game. If you used the map locating system, then you can click "Create Game" button and the right map for your match is selected. When you want to choose the map by yourself, then you have to use the maps from the following folder: /Maps/GG-Game.

If you are not the host, then you only have to join the game, by clicking on the game name:

You have 45 seconds to join the game. If you were not able to join the game in time the following window will appear:

If you closed your Warcraft 3 before the ladder game started, then you can click on the "Start" button in your GG Client to load the game again. All matches, which were closed before one minute due to lag and spikes do not count as a ladder match.

9. When you finish your game, then the replay of your match will be automatically saved and your profile will be updated. You will also get a system message in your GG Client. The winner of the match is recognized automatically by the system.
