About a week ago I got the idea to write an article, about the best replays of the current patch, since then I've been browsing replays like a madman, in order to find the most suitable ones. So what makes a good replay? Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and what I find to be a top-replay all of u may not. So I asked a few people to help me out. All of them either watch a lot of replays, play a lot of games themselves or observe a lot of games. I asked each of them, to browse their memory and come up with what they found to be the best replay from 1.17 and what in particular makes it special. One trade that all of the people, I was reffering to earlier, have in common, is that they are very knowledgeable of the scene, and in that respect they are considered by many somewhat experts. I hope this will bring some variety into the selection of replays below. Now I can't promise you there arent better replays out there somewhere, but I can however promise you; that all of the selected replays display play of the highest possible level, and shows the most intense and entertaining aspects of Warcraft 3.

On september 20th last year Blizzard released patch 1.17a for WC3 TFT, and from then on till now, we've seen several minor/major online and off-line events. To name a few: WCG 2004, WC3L season 6(almost in its entirety), WC3L Season finals 6 and several Incups and WC3M's. Here is what I found to be the best replays of 1.17, with the help of some friends:
